From project URL to a prepared draft

Paste a public page URL. The service reads its H1, visible paragraphs and metadata without paid AI. Choose a short or detailed draft and review it before issuance.

Drafts are saved automatically in your account. Templates serve recurring projects; profile defaults reuse the author and rightsholder. Drafts store file fingerprints, not original file bytes.

Choose files/images, a text declaration or an HTTP website capture. The latter retains returned HTML, extracted text and request facts without running JavaScript or accessing private sections. Add a screenshot for appearance and a release archive for SaaS source code.

The description and URL are private signed record fields. You may show them on the certificate. The full description, material inventory and capture facts appear in the PDF appendix. Public verification does not disclose them.
